What input has the Chief Constable into the size of the annual budget which the Poliing Board agrees with the NIO?
The draft annual budget for PSNI is prepared on behalf of the Chief Constable by Finance Department in PSNI and submitted to the Policing Board for consideration. Subject to any changes amendments agreed by the Policing Board and PSNI the draft budget is submitted to the NIO.
