Monitoring the Human Resources Planning Strategy
The Policing Board’s Human Resources Committee is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the PSNI’s Human Resources Planning Strategy 2005-2008. This strategic plan was agreed by the Policing Board in December 2004 and monitoring is ongoing to ensure that timescales are met. The strategy contains a detailed action plan with 22 targets and timeframes and our Independent Validator monitors progress and reports to the Human Resources Committee every four months to deliver his assessment of PSNI’s performance against each of the key actions.
