Monitoring the PSNI People Strategy

The Policing Board’s Human Resources Committee (HRC) is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the PSNI’s People Strategy.  The Policing Board developed and agreed a Strategic Monitoring Framework which enables the Policing Board to effectively monitor the PSNI's HR function.  The HRC will continue to monitor this area of work every 6 months.
