The Policing Board agreed a policy on the possible forfeiture of a portion of police pension in respect of former police officers and members of the Full-Time Reserve who have committed a criminal offence. The forfeiture provisions are contained in the PSNI and PSNI Reserve (injury Benefits) Regulations 2006 and the Northern Ireland Office Policing Division Circular 18/2006 issued in December 2006.
