The Branch ensures the Policing Board is compliant with the following:
- Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (Equality and Good Relations Obligations);
- Data Protection Act 1998;
- Environmental Information Regulations 2004;
- Freedom of Information Act 2000;
- Human Rights Act 1998; and
- Public Record Act (NI) 1923 and the Disposal of Records Order 1925 (Records Management).
