The Policing Board's Human Resources Branch is responsible for:
- the management of employee relations and records
- development of policies,
- recruitment, induction, training and development of staff
- ensuring human resource and management practices conform to the various regulations.
- ensuring that the Policing Board’s premises are a safe working environment, maintained to a satisfactory level and comply with all relevant legislative requirements
