The main responsibilities of the Corporate Policy, Planning and Performance Committee are:
- To oversee PSNI strategies and the development of the Annual Policing Plan
- To oversee the implementation of the HMIC and Oversight Commissioner reports
- To take responsibility for the appointments of senior PSNI personnel
- To oversee the PSNI’s external communications strategy
