NORTHERN IRELAND POLICING BOARD INVITES
TENDERS TO UNDERTAKE A STUDY TO IDENTIFY ROBUST METHODS OF MEASURING CONFIDENCE LEVELS OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE PSNI
The Northern Ireland Policing Board (the Board) invites you to tender to undertake a study to identify robust methods of measuring confidence levels of young people in the PSNI. The research will be used to provide evidence for the Policing Plan.
Tenderers should read the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ carefully and ensure that sufficient time is allowed to submit your Tender before the deadline.
Tenderers should also carefully review the attached Terms of Reference and ensure that all requirements are met.
In order to submit your response you are required to e-mail the completed submission to firstname.lastname@example.org. These responses can be retracted and re-submitted any time before the closing date. Please note that documents must be formally submitted prior to the closing date in order to be evaluated. Hard copies of submissions can also be sent to Statistics and Research Branch, Waterside Tower, 31 Clarendon Dock, Clarendon Road, Belfast, BT1 3BG.
The closing date for the return of tenders is no later than 2pm on Monday 1 December 2014.
The closing date for requests for further information relating to the contract documents is 2pm on Wednesday 26 November 2014. (Please note that answers to requests for information will be available on the Board’s website).
The Board is not obliged to accept the lowest or any tender.
