If you want to know whether information is held by the Northern Ireland Policing Board about you and if so what, you need to write to us. This is known as a ‘subject access request’. You should include your full name and address together with any other information to assist in identifying you, for example, the dates from and to your employment with us.
It will help us if you can be as specific as possible about the information you require.
It is best to send your request by recorded delivery and it is important to keep a copy of the letter and any further correspondence.
A Subject Access Request form and guidance notes (PDF 76 KB) are available for download.
