Meetings

The Policing Board has a statutory duty to hold eight meetings in public each year.

Policing Board meetings normally comprise of three sessions – a private session for Policing Board Members and officials only, a private session where the Policing Board is joined by the Chief Constable and his chief officers, and a public session that members of the public and media are invited to attend. The Board has four Committees as follows:

  • Audit and Risk Assurance Committee 
  • Partnership Committee
  • Performance Committee
  • Resources Committee
