Question

There has been a reduction in the number of disruptions due to redistribution of resources, is this because illegal immigration is being prioritised over human trafficking?  Why has there a significant decrease in the number of safeguarding visits when comparing the figures for the quarters reported?  Also, if there was pressure to prioritise immigration did it come from the Home Office?
