In light of the memorandum provided to the Board on the Surveillance of Journalists and Lawyers and in order to provide greater clarity prior to publication, could the Chief Constable commit to providing additional detail as to the extent, basis and legality? Additionally can you give the Board a reassurance that this will be done in a timely fashion?
