How the change of policy was communicated to staff? Officers have informed me that they were unaware of changes in uniform policy, what are the implications for officers due to a change in policy? For exmaple at what stage does someone who is transitioning wear a different uniform and if a male is wearing a female uniform can they then carry out a search of another female?
