Have the family reports from Operation Kenova now been cleared and released back to you by the UK Government? and if not what is the latest date this needs to happen in order for you to meet your Summer/Autumn publication timeline? Additionally in light of the PPS decision not to prosecute anyone following Kenova do you or your legal advisors believe that some of these cases warranted judicial consideration?
