2. To confirm a date for its publication;
3. If there is proper co-operation from the British Government, Ministry of Defence and Security Service in relation to their review of the contents of the draft Final Report’
4. Is there a concern that publication is being delayed pending the decision of the Supreme Court in the Thompson case which considered the issue of disclosure?

The Kenova report is due to be published on Tuesday 9th December 2025.
All relevant interested parties have been informed of its publication.
