Question
Is there a real understanding as to whether all of those abstractions are absolutely necessary or whether some of it is "this is how we’ve done it so this is how we’ll always do It" and is there a plan to really get under the belly of that and ensure that those abstractions are actually necessary because our officers in our neighbourhood teams are being taken out of our communities and sometimes you will have response officers who do not know the community or understand the issues when there are specific issues happening within a community and they do not know the individuals involved but the community officers do and this has a knock on effect for community confidence, because where community officers and neighbourhood teams are doing a really good job of managing a specific situation in a community and are then abstracted our of the community and it flares up again.
