Question
Neither the NCA’s Strategic Assessment of serious and organised crime nor its draft annual plan makes any reference to issues arising from the common travel area and how such issues are being tackled. Why is this? I am aware of the substantial benefits of the CTA but what are the risks and how are they being managed?
