Can you outline first of all, why, at a time when hate crime is at its highest level ever and continuing to go on that trajectory unfortunately, why we have programs of ethnic communities over the summer months that black people are the target of stop and search. Why do you think that increase is happening and what your plans are to deal with it because these are communities that need to have confidence in policing and society and not to be targeted. Wants to understand the reasons.
