Will the PSNI apologise to all of those who raised concerns about the Katie Simpson investigation and can you provide assurances that PSNI will listen and act when women come forward with issues relating to misogyny in future, and will the survey to be carried out be fully independent? Additionally, will the PSNI look into the circumstances leading up to the death of Paul Lusby who tried to blow the whistle on Jonathan Creswell?
