What work is taking place within PSNI to assess risk and safeguarding, deliver training to drive cultural change, and with the Police Federation to change the culture of misogyny within PSNI? In relation to incidents of Officers retiring before VAWG related investigations have concluded, would you encourage retired officers to come forward if the Police Ombudsman encourages them to do so? Additionally, are there concerns that extraction from neighbourhood policing teams is hindering progress?
