We continually hear about cultural change within PSNI, but regularly come back to discussing cultural issues - can you provide more details on the urgency of implementing change to tackle misogyny? Also, based on the number of women in PSNI and that more diversity in teams will likely lead to fewer issues, what work is taking place to urgently improve diversity across PSNI?
