On the surveillance of Lawyers and Journalists - the response to the Board so far has been insufficient and the information being sought is completely separate from ongoing proceedings. Could the Board get an effective response on the request for a report into the extent of applications and authorisations and can you provide a timeframe for receipt of the information requested?
