Following a meeting in January 2026 in relation to a legacy case can you provide an update on the timeline for a response to a review of a decision in respect of an FOI request and the 'Neither Confirm Nor Deny' (NCND) response. Also, what other agencies does PSNI interact with to determine a NCND response and can the critreria be provided?
