PSNI rejections of recommendations from PSNI Oversight bodies.

Further to the previous response from the PSNI concerning recommendations received from external oversight bodies, can the Chief Constable please provide further detail on the rejected recommendations in each of the last 3 financial years – 2016/17, 2017/18 and 2018/19 and provide a summary table to include the following information:
1. Oversight Body
2. Date of recommendation
3. Description of recommendation  
4. Reason for rejection

Due to the nature of some of the recommendations and the rationale for not accepting T/ACC Mairs has written to the Chair of the ARAC committee with a comprehensive response.

The number of recommendations not accepted by year are represented in the table below:-
