What assessment has PSNI made of this trend and what impact is this offender cohort having on your crime levels and demand on resources and what further action do you believe is required across the whole justice system to reduce offending among this group. Has the PSNI looked at the recommended actions from when PAC committee looked at adult reoffending and if they have, what actions did they feel were appropriate and what progress has been made from that report?
