Do you recognise what others said about the emergence and continuing threat of organised crime of jurisdictional online mobilisation of some of these issues including of young people. How is the budget situation affecting your ability to deal with those challenges around organised crime including the lack of multi annual budget in which I would have thought was important for an organisation like the police and what negative impact was that inability to long term plan having on your operations against organised crime in regards to cross jurisdictional online mobilisation.
