Question

Do PSNI investigators of sexual offences have the specialist knowledge and training required and do you focus enough on the lived experience of victims?  Does the PSNI put emphasis on suspects rather than victims, and in relation to the Katie Simpson case it would appear the officers under investigation have retired, what impact does this have on the credibility of PSNI?
