Question

In the CSR statement on 11/6/25 the Chancellor allocated some targeted funding to the devolved governments. This included for NI, over the 4 year period of the CSR, £113m in Additional Security Funding and £24m for the Executive Programme on paramilitarism and organised crime.

Notwithstanding the recovery business case, which the Executive can choose to fund out of the average £19.2bn it will receive each year during the CSR, what comments would the Chief Constable have on the targeted funding numbers announced by the Chancellor?
