The Belfast Telegraph reported on 16 August that ‘Unexplained Wealth Orders (UWOs)’ introduced some 14 months ago in Northern Ireland have not yet been used. Might the CC update us around the State of Readiness of PSNI to make use of UWOs, to what extent they are being used and are there any outstanding matters which may be delaying the full use of these powers?
