The Policing Board is obliged to reply to your request, within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt of request (or receipt of proof of identification if required).
Request timelines may be extended where they are complex or numerous for up to a maximum of 56 days. In most circumstances personal data will be provided free of charge. However, a reasonable fee can be applied to cover administrative costs when a request is considered manifestly unfounded or excessive.
